Free Resize

We are happy to offer our customers FREE RESIZE for their new jewelry.

This free service is subject to our confirmation, and in case we can not offer this service we will update our clients accordingly.

In order to request resize please write it in the "Special Order Instructions" box during checkout. 

*Eternity rings can not be resized as reconstruction of the ring is needed. 

*Resize of Tennis bracelet is possible to shorten only. In this case you will receive the removed part in separate. 

*Customization requirements will be fulfilled within 7-14 business days.

*During the resize process small amounts of metal will be added or removed to increase or decrease the size to adjust for the new size needed. As a result, your ring may be slightly thicker or thinner when completed. This is a minor difference, and may or may not be discernible to you. Your resized ring will be inspected by quality assurance to ensure that our high standards are met, and that your ring has been fitted to the size that you need.
