House Warranty and Service Policy

Our Professional Craftsmen Team is pleased to extend a unique service to our valued customers by offering a one-year warranty for the repair and maintenance of their jewelry items, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

Top Crown Jewelry's one-year warranty covers the cost of repair for defects resulting from normal wear, including but not limited to:

  • Prong tightening
  • Re-polishing
  • Rhodium plating
  • Cleaning services

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Repair services under this warranty are provided exclusively at Top Crown Jewelry's offices in the UAE.
  2. The one-year warranty is applicable only to orders placed directly through Top Crown Jewelry within the first year from the date of purchase.
  3. This warranty is valid solely for jewelry items purchased through our online store,
  4. The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the customer whose name is specified on the invoice.
  5. Loss or theft of jewelry, in part or in its entirety, is not covered by this warranty.
  6. Damage to diamonds or gemstones set in the jewelry, as well as the loss thereof, is not covered.
  7. Customization services such as resizing or engraving are not included in this warranty.
  8. Any third-party alterations or services, not authorized by Top Crown Jewelry, will void this warranty.
  9. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with sending the jewelry to and from Top Crown Jewelry offices.
  10. Top Crown Jewelry is not liable for additional fees, charges, duties, VAT, taxes, customs, or any other surcharges imposed by the customer's country or other parties during the shipment process.
  11. Top Crown Jewelry assumes no responsibility for expenses, damages, or losses incurred while the jewelry is not in its possession.
  12. If a defect is discovered, promptly contact our Customer Service team at to schedule an inspection with our Top Crown Jewelry Inspection Team. The Inspection Team holds sole discretion in determining whether the defect results from normal wear. Their conclusion is final.
  13. For repairs not covered under this warranty, Top Crown Jewelry's Professional Craftsmen team will contact the customer to provide an update on the item's condition and the required services before proceeding with the repairs.
