Free Shipping Policy
Top Crown Jewelry appreciates its loyal customers and pleased to offer free, fully insured, worldwide* shipping with FedEx / DHL / SF Express / UPS.
* Top Crown Jewelry offers complimentary shipping worldwide to most countries. However, there are very few countries where local restrictions prohibit the import of an item and/or additional costs may apply. Top Crown Jewelry may reject any order should it decides that a free shipment is not available to the designated location and will try to offer an alternative solution.
Top Crown Jewelry will have the sole discretion to decide which courier to use for each order.
There are no hidden fees or additional expenses that will be added onto the cost of the item at checkout. However, Top Crown Jewelry recommends our customers to consult with their local tax official whether their place of residence requires any import duties and/or VAT. All import fees including Taxes, Duties, Customs, VAT, TVA, import fees, handling fees, storage fees, broker fees, etc, are the customer sole responsibility. Top Crown Jewelry will not be responsible for any of these charges.
Pickup in Geneva Switzerland: Top Crown Jewelry is pleased to offer our customers pickup service in Switzerland Geneva Free-Port with an extra cost. This service is only relevant to non-Swiss residents who departure Geneva airport and wish to pick up the item before boarding (approximately cost 1,500 Euro, normally used for items with value above 20,000 Euro). Additional information regarding shipments:
- Shipments are from Top Crown Jewelry offices based in Dubai to the address provided by the customer.
- All shipments are fully insured by Top Crown Jewelry.
- Every item is shipped in a luxury jewelry box and accompanied by an invoice and laboratory certificate(s), unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the item’s description.
- No item is shipped until full payment has been received by Top Crown Jewelry.
- Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after Top Crown Jewelry receives final payment for the order.
- Once shipped, order will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive to destination. It is hereby clarified and emphasized that, unfortunately, we have no control over the postal services, delivery companies and customs clearance processes. Therefore, Top Crown Jewelry cannot guarantee the exact date by when any order will arrive to its destination. Top Crown Jewelry will not be held accountable for any shipping delays. However, Top Crown Jewelry will do whatever it can to ensure a quick and easy delivery.
- Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Therefore, a valid shipping address, telephone number, and name of receiver must be provided before the order is completed.
- Top Crown Jewelry will not be responsible in the event that a shipment is held/ stored with a carrier or by customs. Furthermore, if fees are applied, the customer is liable to pay any charge in order to have the shipment released. If for any reasons the shipment is returned to Top Crown Jewelry offices, the customer is liable for the cost of the returning shipment.
- Once shipment is sent and the customer chooses to cancel the order, any fees applied for storage and returned shipment will be deducted from the refund for the cancelled order.
- In the event the courier returns the shipment to Top Crown Jewelry offices, for any reason, the customer is liable for the payment of the repeat shipment.
- Storage Charges: Top Crown Jewelry offers complimentary storage of purchased items in its facilities for a duration of 60 days. Subsequently, for each additional month of storage, Top Crown Jewelry will levy a storage fee equivalent to 10% of the item's value. In the event that an item remains in storage for over one year without delivery due to client neglect, the sale will be considered canceled, and no refund option will be available.
